ADR 0005: Faculty- and leadership-facing only, for now

Context

The corpus contains answer keys, facilitator guides, restricted materials, and files that may name students. Faculty have not yet seen what the tools say about their courses.

Decision

No student-facing features until faculty and leadership have used the faculty tools. The first tool is a single-course workbench for one pilot course. Findings are shown as evidence for review, not as scores or judgments.

Consequences

Role tags (answer_key, restricted, etc.) matter for display, not for access control, for now. Links go to SharePoint, so its permissions still apply.
